About nuts


 

Nuts and seeds are an excellent source of energy, protein, vitamins, and minerals such as zinc and magnesium. A combination of nuts can be sprinkled on yogurt, blended into smoothies, added to ice cream, oatmeal, and even tossed into salads and sandwiches, providing nutritious elements and healthy fats to almost every meal.

First of all, to create this mixture, you need to find your favorite combination! For example, you might want to try a mix of pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, watermelon seeds, flaxseeds, walnut kernels, and sesame seeds. However, this is just one combination, and you can create a variety of interesting mixes to suit your taste! Let’s customize and personalize ourselves, for instance, through self-motivation!

The combination I mentioned is quite popular, but sometimes you may not like one or two of the ingredients or want to add something else. I’ll suggest a few options, and you can also try according to your preference. For example, you might prefer more raw nuts than roasted and salted ones. This can completely change the flavor profile of the nut mix!

On the other hand, various types of almonds are also a delicious combination for sprinkling on yogurt, ice cream, and so on. To bring the sizes of nuts and kernels closer and blend their flavors, you can use crushed almonds. This way, while munching on tiny seeds, you won’t be taken by surprise with a large piece of almond, and you’ll enhance the almond taste and flavor in our mix. This can be done for any type of nut, such as walnuts, pistachios, peanuts, hazelnuts, and more.

The important thing is to experiment with nutritious and healthy ingredients according to your taste and preferences, so you can enjoy consuming them!
