Fried chicken with rice (Tah Andaaz)
For us, the bottom of the pot is an important part of the food. As much as many of us like and eat bottom of the pot, we don’t touch the main food and somehow we fill ourselves with it! Especially if it is saffrony and roasted, and its thickness and color are mind blowing! Now imagine a dish that has “saffron chicken” in the bottom of the pot… this great dish is called “Tah Andaaz”!
Let’s see the recipe together:
This dish is very easy to make. Pour oil in the pot and fry your chicken. Add salt, white pepper and saffron to the chicken.
While frying, pour saffron on the chickens in several steps. Repeat this three or four times until the chickens are completely saffrony.
Pour the drained rice over the chickens. Try to squeeze the rice a little.
Now let the food steem on a very low flame. Be careful! There is going to be chicken and rice at the bottom of the pot, it will burn very quickly! So keep the flame low.
Now that the food is ready, let me tell you that it makes a magical combination with barberry and pistachio slices! Fry these two delicious with a spoonful of sugar, saffron and butter and decorate the food.
Now sit together and enjoy the pleasant and delicious taste, whenever you are satisfied with watching the color of the food! This dish is good looking and delicious, and can also be used as a party dish and give a different mood to your party.
The only problem is that there IS going to be a competition over the bottom of the pot…
Enjoy!
