Green cardamom

Green cardamom is one of the most fragrant things on planet Earth, and even on other planets! This little balloon is full of aromatic seeds that give our various drinks and sweets a pleasant aroma and flavor and make them complete. We put cardamom first and foremost in tea, and then, if we can manage to stop drinking cardamom-flavored tea, we move on to grinding it and adding it to all kinds of sweets and even dishes. Many traditional sweets have cardamom in their main ingredients, and this is the secret behind the special aroma of our sweets. Cardamom is even added to carrot and quince jam, and sometimes to homemade breads, so that its aroma can put the finishing touch on the unfinished work!
